Our mission

Solve Problems
Small rural (community) water systems often lack helpful engineering advice when facing a system which needs capital or system improvements. However, that need exists well before one sees water that is discolored, or it cannot produce an adequate and reliable supply. Annual system evaluations, along with a thorough water analysis (before and after treatment) is key to keeping up with changing needs and demands. Following an assessment, improvements to the operation, service and maintenance are reviewed, along with determining capital improvement needs (if required). At this point, assistance in budgeting, and grant or loan applications are often needed. Engineering a system that meets the needs within the budget of the rural water system, seeing it through construction, start-up and thorough operator training are keys to success.

Deliver Personalized Help
Our clients work directly with the principal of the firm and get the type of personalized service they deserve. Our engineering practice focuses exclusively on rural water systems, gaining a specialized background in their unique needs and requirements.

Elevate Rural Water Systems
As a Professional Engineer (MS 27558, LA 27443, PA 86083), with over 20 years of experience, I have had the unique opportunity to assist both large and small municipal utility systems with their engineering needs. Our clients include members of the “Mississippi Rural Water Association”, some of which I have helped as far back at the early 1990’s. I have worked for the City of New Orleans, Department of Public Works, overseeing well over $100 million of capital projects throughout my career.
